Eskimo Dough
Eskimo Dough
This game is no longer available at Monkey Casino. Sorry about that chaps! Why not have a spin on Playtech’s Penguin Vacation slot instead?
Spread over six icy reels, the action-packed polar-themed Eskimo Dough slot from Core Gaming offers 4096 Ways to Win and eight bonus features! That’s even more than Light and Wonder’s 88 Fortunes slot!
You should hit these chilly reels if you feel like searching for the Abominable Snowman. He’s a decent sort, just a little on the shy side. And you might even scoop some wins while you’re at it.
We thought games like the Viking Pays slot with its 243 Ways had a lot of winning combos.
Let’s see what this game has to offer. I guess we could also call this the Inuit Dough slot, but hey, we didn’t design the game.
The Basics
If you love bonus features, the Eskimo Dough slot is the game for you, with Cascading Reels and a Free Spins round that comes with a plethora of modifiers, including Wild Multipliers, Wild Reels, Super Spins, Mega Spins and more.
Oh, and there are five progressive jackpots on offer, too… But more on that later.
It’s time to fish for wins…
The Developer
Core Gaming is based in the UK and has been making slots since 2007. While their games portfolio is on the small side compared to some of the bigger developers, their games aren’t short on innovation. They come with some immersive and highly imaginative bonus rounds, progressive jackpots and gambling features.
They are probably best known for Cashzuma and the Temple Of Wonga with its 24 Free Spins, but other notable games include Witch Doctor Goes Wild and the volcano-inspired Eruption slot. Core Gaming slots are very entertaining indeed (and Eskimo Dough is no exception).
The Graphics
Set on the shores of a frozen village, snow falls on your reels as you spin and an Eskimo is hoping to catch a bite to the left of the reels. Meanwhile at the top of the screen are your five Must-Fall Jackpots just waiting for an avalanche to trigger them off.
The soundtrack to your spins is a jingle bells-type ditty that makes you feel as though you’re dashing through the snow on a sleigh. It’s all very festive. Your sound effects include a howling blizzard and the odd chuckle or roar (I’m not sure which) from the Yeti.
Overall, the fun cartoon graphics are easy on the eye and should raise a smile from even the grumpiest of slot fans.

Eskimo Dough Slot Game Play
The Eskimo Dough slot comes with six reels, four rows and 4096 ways to win. That’s not as many as the Who Wants to be a Millionaire slot, but remember that is a Megaways game.
Your chilly wagering here starts at 0.10 and goes up to 10.00 per spin.
Your reel icons include; the Yeti, the Eskimo chap, a comedy fish on a hook, a set of binoculars, plus the 9, 10, J, Q, K, & A playing cards that make the lower value pay-table icons.
The Yeti is the highest-paying symbol in the game and will net you a cold hard 50x your bet for five. But this reclusive creature will also pay out 2x if you only land two icons on a pay-line.
The Wild symbol is the Yeti’s claw ‘Wild’ while the Scatter icon is made up of his chunky footprint in red and blue.
Cascading Reels
Like most newer slots, this game features cascading (or avalanche) reels. After symbols land on the reels, wins are calculated and all winning icons are then cleared off the screen. Next, new ones drop in from the top to fill their empty spaces.
So, rather than the reels and symbols spinning, they drop off the bottom of the screen and on from the very top. This continues until no more wins can be made, and a new cascade starts.
The Bonuses
Mystery Snowballs
Randomly during the base game, Mystery Snowballs can hit the reels melting other icons and transforming into matching new symbols from the pay table to give your wins a helping hand. This always leads to guaranteed winners! It’s one of Core Gaming’s trademark features, and I am a big fan.
The Bonus Builder Round
Land at least three of the Bonus symbols you will be taken to a rather mysterious bonus round where you can choose how to take your Free Spins.
Shaken not stirred, please…
Pick from the Yeti’s footprints on the small icebergs to reveal some spin modifiers that include multipliers, extra wild and numbers of spins. If you manage to land an ‘Upgrade’ footprint, you’ll move on to the next iceberg level where the options get even better. How fortuitous!
If you get as far as the third iceberg the wins can be tidy and the modifiers will include:
x25 Last Free Spin – A 25x win multiplier on your final go
Lightning Multipliers – Random multipliers are added to each of your Free Spins
Super Spins – Will turn all the low-paying symbols into high-value icons
Eskimo Spins – Will come with wild reels
x50 Last Free Spin – A 50x win multiplier on your final go. This could potentially scoop you a decent win.
Must Go Pots
This game comes with five ‘Must Go’ Pots – meaning that each jackpot must be won before it hits a specified threshold.
So, at any point during your play, any or all of the ‘Must Go’ Pots could be triggered with an avalanche! It’s all very exciting…
Here are the prizes:
Red Pot 1: Seeded at 60.00 | To drop by 100.00
Green Pot 2: Seeded at 150.00 | To drop by 250.00
Yellow Pot 3: Seeded at 300.00 | To drop by 500.00
Blue Pot 4: Seeded at 450.00 | To drop by 750.00
Purple Pot 5: Seeded at 600.00 | To drop by 1000.00
Good luck!
The Volatility
This slot has an above-average RTP of 96.35% and the bet range is on the narrow side going up to only ten credits per spin. But there is the potential to scoop nice wins in the bonus round: the Eskimo Dough slot is a medium to high-variance game.
This means that you will get low and mid-sized wins regularly throughout your session. There may be larger wins available – but without needing to risk too much of your bankroll.
Pros and Cons: Eskimo Dough
