A magical themed slot from 1X2 gaming, reminding me of the fairy in the Wish Upon a Jackpot slot. 

I don´t believe in fairies but I’m happy to give Faerie Nights slot a spin to test out the Sticky Wild Multiplier.

The Basics

Expanding Wilds and 2x multipliers mean there’s enough going on to keep things interesting – even if you don’t believe in fairies. Let’s take a closer look, my dear friends. The Graphics

The twinkly sights and sounds of fairyland aren’t my thing, but I was won over by the first-rate graphics on offer here.

The background to the reels is a shady woodland grove with gently glowing wildlife and twisted lush vines complete the reel set in this enchanted forest setting.

The game’s music is also a mystical affair – with its pan pipes and strange chimes. It’s calming and strangely hypnotic, not unlike the faeries themselves.

Faerie Nights slot has three rows, five reels and twenty-five pay lines, just sightly over the average we’d say, such as the Rage to Riches slot with its twenty lines.

Your high-value icons on the reels include a pink glowing toadstool, an illuminated blue flower, a butterfly, a gnome, a beautiful turquoise pixie and a unicorn! And it’s this generous unicorn that will pay out 40 times your bet for five in a row…

The standard Ace through Jack playing cards are your lower-value icons (although they are done up rather nicely as tree trunks entwined with flowers).

When it comes to the special symbols, the wild in this slot is the Ent (or tree person to the uneducated) and when it lands it becomes an Expanding Wild that takes over a whole reel. There’s also a mischievous red fairy who is the Scatter icon and will trigger the free spins round.

In the Bonus game (which plunges this gorgeous glade into ethereal night time), a celestial blue light in the shape of Will O Wisp transforms Wilds into sticky symbols, and a purple coloured Fairy multiplier doubles the value of your wins.

1×2 Gaming has produced a very playable game with those expanding, sticky and transforming Wilds. The wins seem to be small but more frequent than other online slot games.  This is an entertaining slot to play – what’s not to like?
